The METC website is designed to:
- Provide comprehensive information about the Mauritius Emerging Technologies Council (METC) and showcase the council's past activities and advertise for upcoming events.
- Provide a platform where members of the Mauritius CIO Association can interact with each other and share resources (Photos, Word Documents, PDFs, Spreadsheets, Videos, etc)
- Give students access to resources shared by members of the Mauritius CIO Association.

- Account Creation: Subject to verification and approval by the METC, members of the Mauritius CIO Association and students can create accounts to access the sections of the METC Website dedicated to them.
- Members Responsibilities: Civil debates are encouraged, but respect is mandatory. Personal attacks, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior towards other members will not be tolerated on the platform. Members are responsible for ensuring their shared resources adhere to community standards and legal guidelines. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to copyrighted material without permission, explicit or offensive media, and false or misleading information. Violations may lead to disciplinary actions ranging from warnings to immediate removal from both the platform and the Mauritius CIO Association, depending on the offense's severity.

Materials shared without explicit intellectual property restrictions will be deemed freely available for personal and professional use by other members and students.
